founder Alvaro Bianchi over 50 years ago, passing on his knowledge and love of coffee to his family. Initially starting up a local cafe in Canberra, then settling in Leichhardt where Caffe Bianchi still trades as a small family run business. Supporting our local community and servicing a great part of Sydney, Australia & around the world with the beautiful taste of incredible Italian style coffee!
