Soul Deli

Soul Deli, a contemporary Korean cafe in Surry Hills, has gained popularity for its unique twist on Maxim coffee, a well-known Korean instant coffee brand, which has become one of its best-selling items. Originally located on Campbell Street, Soul Deli has moved to the Adge Hotel on Riley, offering an all-day Korean wine bar, Soul Bar, at its former location. The new space features mustard-colored booths, pink-tiled tabletops, and playful paintings by Korean artists, providing seating for up to 60 patrons.
Despite the move, Soul Deli maintains its menu of Korean-inspired dishes, including toasties filled with kimchi, pulled pork, and cheese, as well as the signature Korean fried chicken hotcakes and K-street toast. Sweet options include Korean cinnamon doughnuts made fresh daily. Situated close to Taylor Square in Surry Hills, just minutes from Sydney’s CBD, Soul Deli is known for its traditional and vegan housemade kimchi, sauces, ceramics, and more. As the sister restaurant of Soul Dining in Surry Hills, Soul Deli offers breakfast and lunch options in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
