With over 30 signature blends on the menu, patrons can explore classic offerings as well as innovative choices such as cold brews, sparkling teas, tea lattes, and tea-infused cocktails. Notable favorites include fairy floss-topped creations like the French earl grey hot chocolate, alongside tea-infused chocolates for an added treat.
The tea bar’s owners, Amber and Paul Sunderland, express enthusiasm for their compact yet inviting space, which features a minimalist design accentuated by potted plants and striking lighting fixtures. Designed by Amber in collaboration with Lucy Humphrey, the ambiance is described as welcoming and spacious despite its size, drawing patrons in through its open doors. The tea station offers a selection of brewed teas, including smoky black tea-based ginger beer and creamy French Earl Grey hot chocolate adorned with pink Persian fairy floss.

The shelves are adorned with apothecary jars showcasing loose-leaf teas, complemented by stoneware test-tube holders crafted by Sydney ceramicist Studio Enti. Guests can also indulge in tapped kegs of cold brew, sparkling, or mocktail-inspired teas, served in glass medicine flasks for an added touch of novelty.
