Devon in Barangaroo, the second venture from the successful Devon Cafe team, continues their tradition of innovative and flavorful dishes in a chic setting. The menu features a variety of unique sandwiches, including a Japanese omelette with Japanese mayo and furikake, and a jaffle with ham, provolone, and salted egg lava. For heartier options, diners can enjoy a Wagyu steak slathered in porcini butter or a tomato-based pasta with squid-ink noodles, lobster, crab, chilli, and coriander.

The cafe also offers quality soft-serve ice cream in flavors like matcha and hojicha, as well as inventive combinations like the Double D special with soft serve and chips. Beverages range from an iced orange-chocolate mocha to herb-infused cold-drip mocktails. Head barista John Lee oversees the coffee program, offering a house blend and single-origin options.

Designed by Matt Wood, the space exudes a modern yet welcoming atmosphere with light tones, timbers, and an open plan layout.
