Lil Miss Collins

Lil Miss Collins in Parramatta began with two popular pop-ups before establishing its permanent location near Parramatta station, maintaining its rustic charm with weathered timber fences and farmhouse-style buildings made from shipping containers and reclaimed wood. Owner Tony Moussa, along with his family, crafted the structures and sources much of the produce from local farms. The menu features Middle Eastern-inspired dishes like Phoenician kofta and innovative twists on classics like corn fritters layered with spinach and sourdough, topped with a poached egg and za’atar.
The cafe boasts a pastel-hued garden hideaway atmosphere, reminiscent of Grounds of Alexandria, attracting locals and tourists alike with its unique decor. Lil Miss Collins has become so iconic that it was featured on the limited-edition Parramatta Monopoly board. Despite its humble beginnings, the cafe now offers hearty and healthy dishes among shipping containers and recycled timber, welcoming pets while patrons enjoy dishes like roasted pumpkin with poached egg and slow-cooked lamb shoulder with rosemary. Moussa also roasts his own coffee beans, offering a house blend and single origin options to complement the seasonal menu offerings.
