Olea

Olea in Lindfield offers a unique dining experience blending local Australian cuisine with Italian and Spanish flavors, all served with warm hospitality and a sense of community. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the venue boasts a modern design that complements its delicious food and drink offerings. Housed in the striking copper building at Lindfield Village Green, Olea has quickly become a favorite among locals since its opening in June, earning recognition as a finalist in the 2022 Eat Drink Design Awards.
Helmed by hospitality veterans Lisa Dolores and Jesus Estevez, Olea is designed to be a high-end yet casual Mediterranean-inspired cafe, bistro, and bar. The venue’s stylish fit-out, conceptualized by design team Guru Projects, features key design elements like curved ceilings and bars that create an inviting atmosphere for patrons to connect with the community. The name “Olea,” meaning “olive,” reflects the European-Australian heritage of the owners and serves as a nod to the core ingredient used across the menu.

The menu at Olea offers a range of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options with a modern twist on old favorites. Breakfast delights include healthy bowls and ricotta hotcakes, while lunch features pasta, seafood, steak, and a selection of paninis. Dinner at Olea presents European-inspired tapas, share dishes, and small plates, accompanied by a curated cocktail and wine list. Additionally, patrons can enjoy charcuterie boards, cheese, meats, and a variety of beverages amidst the green surroundings.

Olea is not only a dining destination but also a community hub, offering takeaway coffee and sweet treats from Brickfields Bakery. With its emphasis on quality cuisine, warm hospitality, and stylish ambiance, Olea in Lindfield promises a memorable dining experience for all who visit.
