Head chef Lenny Walker, formerly of Orto Trading Co., curates a simple yet creative menu that changes every few weeks, featuring dishes like pulled pork and kimchi baked eggs and buckwheat-quinoa porridge with brandied rhubarb.
Opened in April 2015, The Trail brings a touch of the inner west cafe culture to the eastern suburbs, serving a unique blend of Little Marionette coffee and a creative brunch menu.
