Glory Days Coffee

Glory Days Coffee, located within North Sydney’s Dexus development on Mount Street, offers a stylish and understated cafe experience ideal for grab-and-go workers. The cafe features a sleek wood-paneled bar housing a La Marzocco Strada coffee machine, serving bespoke coffee roasted by Mecca in Alexandria. The menu is deliberately pared back, offering a selection of pastries and baked treats from Brickfields in Chippendale, along with cold-pressed juices and tonics by Cali Press. The tiny kitchen also prepares toasted bagels with various toppings, coconut chia with berries and granola, and oats stewed with fruit, yoghurt, and coconut.
Operated by hospo guru Aaron Crinis, known for Wollongong venues Diggies Cafe and Dagwood Bar + Kitchen, Glory Days Coffee has quickly become North Sydney’s go-to spot for quality coffee and lunchtime meals. The cafe’s fit-out features hotel lounge-like seating, timber accents, and high ceilings, offering a welcoming environment. Mecca has crafted a special coffee blend for the cafe, complementing the health-conscious bites and sustainably sourced local suppliers featured on the menu. In addition to coffee, the cafe offers a range of beverages, including Tea Craft teas, Prana chai, Kombu kombucha, and Mörk hot chocolates.

The menu includes a variety of breakfast options, such as Brickfields sourdough toast with spreads, smashed avocado, and Brooklyn Boy Bagels with cream cheese or smoked salmon. Pastries from Brickfields add a touch of indulgence to the menu. With plans to expand the menu in September when the sister restaurant and bar, Glorietta, opens upstairs, Glory Days Coffee continues to evolve as a vibrant addition to North Sydney’s dining scene, offering a blend of quality coffee, wholesome eats, and a stylish ambiance.
