Bellagio Cafe, located in Sydney’s east, is a versatile dining spot open seven days a week, offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday. With a focus on artisan and handcrafted items, the menu combines interesting flavors with the freshest produce. The team at Bellagio smokes, pickles, and bakes almost everything in-house, from meats to butter and bread, complemented by herbs from their front-of-house garden.

The charcuterie plate and cheese board, featuring perfectly cured and dried meats, chicken liver parfait, and house-churned butter, showcase the fusion of flavors. Desserts include a not-so-sweet, super salty, and sour preserved lemon ice cream.
